View Subscriber's Profile
When an email address or mobile number is added to a list in your account, depending the list type, a "snapshot" is created which is a profile for that individual subscriber, on that individual list. On the snapshot page you can edit a subscriber's details, change their subscriber status for the associated list, and view activity for any emails or texts they've been sent.
Search for a Subscriber
To view the profile for a particular subscriber in your account:
- Click Lists & Subscribers under Smart Capture navigation, then select the relevant subscriber list.
- Select the relevant client from the breadcrumbs navigation link, if you have multiple clients.
- Click Subscribers in the left sidebar to land on the Manage Subscribers page.
- On the Manage Subscribers page, type any of the person's information like email address or mobile into the search field.
Snapshot Overview
The subscriber snapshot page is divided into 3 columns, you'll see the subscriber's data like email, mobile, custom fields and more on the left, followed by their subscriber status, the date they were added to the list, and how they joined, for example, imported from a list or subscribed through a form.
You can edit any of these fields by clicking on the edit icon next to each field.
On the middle column, you'll find all relevant Campaigns, Journeys activity and the subscriber's collected data like their email client and their device information.
And on the last column on the right, you'll find the subscriber's geographic location on the map if any was detected, which list they belong to and which services they have used like if they have used a SMS keyword to send you a text.
