Delete Subscriber List

Subscriber lists can be removed from your account with a few clicks. Removing a list will not affect campaign reports for emails that were sent to the list, but there are some other important things to consider before deleting a list.

Things to Consider

Prior to confirming that you want to permanently delete a list, make sure any of these following items have been considered:

• Hosted subscribe forms linked to the list.
• Scheduled or recurring campaigns using the list.
• Journeys attached to the list.

Delete a List

1. Click Lists & Subscribers under Smart Capture navigation, then select the relevant subscriber list.
2. Select the relevant client from the breadcrumbs navigation link, if you have multiple clients.
3. Click List Setting from the left sidebar.
4. To Delete the list and ll it's data, click Delete List button. If you just like to remove all subscribers from the list click Remove Subscribers button.
