Adding New Client
DreamCampaigns lets you easily manage email & SMS marketing for multiple clients, and makes it simple for your teams to manage them. It's a flexible solution for all your email & SMS marketing needs and scalable to grow with you. Each client in DreamCampaigns contains its own subscriber lists, campaigns, templates, user accounts and more.
Adding a new client
You can add as many clients as you like to your account. To do so, click on the "Manage Clients" from the top right navigation and click "New Client" button. On the next page enter all information about the client and click save. Please note that this information will be used to manage template "Company" tags which will auto fill inside any template you create for this client.
This will create a new client in your account. If you need to add users to this client, navigate to "Manage User" and create one for this client.
Client Setting
The next tab "Client Setting" helps you set the client preferences. If you're using our tacking SDK, add the client's domains in the "Domains Restrictions" area, this will prevent from any unauthorized usage of the tracking code.
If you use Google Analytics enable the Google Analytics and add your Campaign Source so we can send the right Campaign Source to your site.
If you're planing to use DreamCampaigns' "Targeted Site Messages", follow the instructions on how to add the tracking code to your site. This will activate the site tracking and Targeted Site Messages for this client.
From Emails
DreamCampaigns requires a valid email to be used in any "From" email in your campaigns and any outgoing emails. To add a new From Email for this client, click on the "New From Email" and enter the desired email address. Once saved you'll receive a confirmation email. Please click on the link provided in the email to confirm the new email. Once confirmed the new email will be available for this client to send from. For a better deliverability of your email please consider adding the email domain to your account "From Domains" as well.
Preference Center
With a subscriber preference center, your email recipients can change their own subscription details. This could mean updating their name or email address, or any custom field information you have stored for them. The look and feel of the preference center can be customized here for the client to match their brand logo and color.
You can also link to the client's privacy and cookie policies, if they have them. If you complete the policy fields, you will see text at the bottom of the preference center page.
When you have made your customizations click Save changes. To view the changes, click Preview. If the client has multiple subscriber lists you will see a dropdown menu at the top of the preview page to toggle between preference centers for each list.
Reports
In this section you'll be able to see a detailed report on this client filtered by date range, including total email & texts send, email bounces, total amounts and more. This will help you see the client snapshot and help the client for more improvements.
